Job Title: Operational Project Specialist

Overview

A highly skilled operational project specialist is required to support a high-performing founder with ADHD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating structure and freedom, working across departments to streamline systems, and maintaining communication among key staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management:
    • Build SOPs, workflows, onboarding documents, and scalable team systems
    • Implement project tools and create internal structure from scratch
    • Maintain company drives, task lists, and accountability trackers
  • Sales and E-commerce:
    • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Otter, Zapier, Bolt, and Famous.ai
    • Manage sales funnels, lead capture systems, and high-converting digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Communication and Organization:
    • Write professional, brand-aligned emails, captions, bios, and content drafts
    • Repurpose Loom/Yard Stream videos into text and polished assets
    • Support pitch decks, email campaigns, grant applications, and scholarship submissions
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with developers, contractors, and the finance team
    • Lead weekly standups or check-ins to keep team aligned
Requirements
  • 3+ years supporting founders or managing projects in a startup or remote setting
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI and modern automation tools
  • Experience in sales, funnels, and high-converting campaigns a major plus
