We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support a pediatric homecare provider. This role ensures seamless operations and patient care coverage outside of standard business hours.

This position is responsible for serving as the main point of contact for EST after-hours needs, including urgent matters, schedule changes, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the daytime operations team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of after-hour activities, updates, and escalations.

This role requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Customer Care, Call Centre, Scheduling, or Workforce Coordination.

This is a fully remote working role, requiring a fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and a reliable power backup solution.
