Customer Experience Specialist

Planview is committed to building the future of connected work. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting South East Asia accounts and driving retention.
The Role:
- You'll manage medium to large customer accounts, helping them define their success journey and roadmap.
- You'll build executive connections, drive stickiness and growth of our solution footprint, and ultimately drive retention.
About You:
- A minimum of five years' experience in customer-facing roles for software, technology, or consulting companies.
- Domain expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Professional Services (PS) space using PPM or PSA solutions.
- Experience implementing and/or configuring SaaS solutions, especially PPM or PSA software.
- Strong knowledge of delivery methodologies and software architecture.
