Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional after-sales service support for all GTB E-Channel services. This involves onsite visits to clients or remote assistance via phone or email, acting as the primary point of contact between RCBC Corporate clients and our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably with experience in banking or IT. A 4-year college degree in a relevant field such as business, product development, or accounting is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective after-sales service support to clients via phone, email, or onsite visits.
  • Act as a liaison between RCBC Corporate clients and our company, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client concerns, improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback to inform process improvements and optimize service delivery.
