Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SaaS Implementation Specialist to lead the technical onboarding and implementation of software solutions for our small-to-mid-sized business (SMB) and mid-market clients. While direct experience with Gong is not required, familiarity with comparable platforms—such as sales engagement tools, marketing automation systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) software—is highly desirable.

This role involves a combination of technical configuration, project coordination, client onboarding, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects—from discovery to deployment—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical and operational plans.
  • Configure and deploy SaaS platforms based on client needs and best practices.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide platform training to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing project plans, timelines, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations and contractual deliverables are met.
  • Identify potential issues during the implementation process and proactively resolve them using available internal or external resources.
  • Support clients post-implementation and identify opportunities for additional services or platform enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, client support, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Outreach, or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., , Asana, ClickUp).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and Revenue Technology (RevTech) ecosystems is a plus.
