Job Description

The Solution Assessment Consultant is a crucial member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality assessment services.

Individuals in this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Solution Assessments, utilizing best-in-class Microsoft solutions and platforms to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end execution of Solution Assessment involves managing and executing the activities required to perform an assessment.
  • Customer engagement acts as a point of contact for the customer during solution deployment, including educating customers on assessment tools and managing SA provision.
  • Responsible for trouble-shooting deployment for customers and performing Copilot Workshops and other assessment portfolios relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
Assessment Process
  • Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery analysis.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Assessment Review with Microsoft Solution Specialists, Account Team and/or Microsoft Partners before customer presentation. Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU).
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Proficiency in English Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, position Solution Assessment and Cloud solutions, as well value proposition to potential new customers, etc.
  • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Experience in deploying Cloud solutions and architectural design is desirable.
