Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of documents.

Coordination and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.

Communication and Correspondence: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders, and prepare and send correspondence as needed.
