Job Overview

Micro Precision Calibration Cebu Inc. is seeking an Administrative Specialist/Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and support our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Filing, data entry, managing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining records, databases, office documents.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, documents as needed.
  • Monitoring office supplies, placing orders for availability.
  • Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, directing them to staff or department.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, well-maintained office environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in office administration is a plus.
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), other office software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, professional demeanor.
