Key Responsibilities

  • Report Preparation: Create high-quality reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Supply Management: Effectively manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning events, travel arrangements, and office activities.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or administration is an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
