Client Acquisition Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for guiding them through the intake process, answering their questions, estimating insurance coverage, and scheduling appointments with the right specialist.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Use proprietary tools to estimate out-of-pocket insurance costs and ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Match clients with suitable specialists based on location, specialty, and insurance compatibility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or text to provide updates and answer questions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the intake process and ensure a smooth transition to our services.
  2. Scheduling: Schedule appointments with suitable specialists and ensure timely follow-ups.
  3. Communication: Provide regular updates to clients via phone, email, or text.
  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client communications and outcomes.
