Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to Field Support Engineers.
  • Escalate complex technical questions or issues raised by Field Support Engineers during on-site activities.
  • Remotely guide installations on our client's IT Shared System.
  • Resolve incident tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on all I.T. equipment at client stores and offices.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex technical issues.


Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems and networks.
