Property Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to manage our property operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide general administrative support
  • Submit invoices into designated accounting software (training provided)
  • Handle email correspondence and contact tenants regarding rent increases
  • Assist in arranging property viewings and coordinating with potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of office experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic software applications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
