  • Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Follow established clinical protocols and escalation pathways
Requirements
  • Active nursing license with at least 2 years of experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a voice-based, remote environment
