Quality Assurance Registered Nurse

We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-reading Registered Nurse to support our team by reviewing clinical documentation and timesheets for accuracy and quality.

This role is critical to ensuring our records are error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with the plan of care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review staff clinical notes to ensure accuracy and consistency with the care plan
  • Identify and correct grammatical and numerical errors e.g. 15ml vs. 10ml
  • Verify staff timesheets for entry errors e.g. 7am vs. 7pm
  • Maintain daily QA checks to prevent documentation backlog
  • Flag discrepancies or unclear entries to management
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse active license
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • Fast reader with high attention to detail
  • Ability to spot and correct errors confidently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep up with daily documentation flow
