Customer Service Leadership Role

The Regional Customer Support Manager is a key role responsible for leading the AMER & EMEA-time zone support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a high-performing support team by recruiting, training, and coaching team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional support.
  • Create an inclusive and collaborative team culture by fostering open communication, empathy, and clarity in all customer interactions.
  • Drive product fixes and improvements by working closely with the development team to resolve complex issues and deliver feedback to shape the product roadmap.
  • Ensure efficient use of applications and equipment by adapting existing programs to meet user requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
