Job Overview

We facilitate end-to-end procurement processes as part of Global Supplier Services. This dedicated group plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the procurement cycle by synchronizing supplier onboarding activities, systematically tracking progress, and identifying efficiency opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow intake channels, conduct due diligence, provide operational guidance, and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate central tasks across functions, adjacent LOBs, and Suppliers.
  • Execute tasks, initiate processes, validate data, and ensure quality.
  • Drive timely completion of supplier onboarding tasks through reporting, tracking, and escalation.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions, such as Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Risk experts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 8-10 years of experience in Operations, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles.
  • A dynamic process improvement leader with a proven track record of accomplishment.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and project management is an advantage.
