Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Operations and Finance professional to support our core operations and financial functions. This is a full-time, remote role requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance and logistics using tools including Zoho Books, Google Sheets, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and cash flow tracking
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
  • Help coordinate inventory and logistics
  • Streamline processes across finance and operations
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership team and delivery staff
  • Use cloud-based tools for task management, documentation, and communication
Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
  • Strong English fluency, both written and spoken
  • Experience in small business or startup finance/ops roles
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with the use of AI
  • Self-motivated and reliable with strong communication skills
