Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Assistant to support our housekeeping services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of housekeeping services, including supervision of external employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, tardiness, and absences, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all external employees are aware of and adhere to company code of conduct and rules and regulations.
- Assist in addressing client concerns, providing solutions and support as necessary.
- Collect and process daily time records and biometric data from external employees.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports on employee performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of experience in facilities management, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
