Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing operations for commercial buildings and TELCO sites.
- Act as site lead, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
- Manage a team of 20+ personnel, including technicians and contractors.
- Oversee the functioning of MEP systems, HVAC, fire protection, and security.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules and manage reactive maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor operational budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare reports on facility performance and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a valid PE license.
- 10+ years in Integrated Facilities Management, managing commercial buildings and TELCO sites.
- Experience in a senior role with team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance program implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems and willingness to travel.
