About the Role:

As an Educational Program Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

  • You will be responsible for coordinating instructors to ensure effective delivery of educational programs, as well as tracking student progress to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with students and their families on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructor schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet operational efficiency standards
  • Manage class schedules to meet company targets
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans
  • Develop strong relationships with students and their families to foster open communication and positive conflict resolution
Requirements:
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Effective communications skills, both in virtual environments and in person
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including phone, video, and email
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth; experience working in a virtual operations environment
