Sales Growth Strategist

We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to spearhead our sales initiatives.
This role involves identifying new business prospects, establishing relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence.
- Review brands initiating the onboarding process & their profile
- Welcome new clients, address questions, handle objections, and clarify our value proposition
- Understand client needs, manage expectations, and educate them on our solution
- Qualify plans for each brand/ most cost-effective option
- Set expectations for best practices & required actions for maximum tracking, content, promotion, and commission
- Salesforce Admin - maintain records up-to-date and set up communication flows
- Provide insights on common objections and feedback to internal stakeholders
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech or software-as-a-service
- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A results-driven mindset with experience meeting targets
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and track progress
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
