Digital Downloads and SEO Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and SEO-savvy Digital Downloads Manager to lead our digital storefront operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword optimization, and digital product delivery.

You will be responsible for creating and managing listings for downloadable products such as planners, templates, and worksheets while ensuring they are fully optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.

  • Upload and manage digital download listings on various platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for search engine optimization
  • Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and tags that drive traffic and conversions
  • Ensure seamless file delivery and troubleshoot access issues
  • Design or coordinate product visuals using design software
  • Monitor analytics and adjust listings to improve traffic and conversion rates
  • Stay current with algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
About the Role
