As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with other security measures to guarantee customers can use their accounts without restrictions and prevent bad actors from exploiting our platform.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, enabling you to identify potential fraud, spam, and phishing attempts. You will be responsible for monitoring live message content, detecting and reporting suspicious activity, and taking appropriate action against fraudulent behavior.

Your expertise will be sought after by team members and leaders across the organization to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and opportunities for process improvement.

This role is ideal for individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, and drive improvements through to fruition. As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will also be responsible for mentoring peers, developing internal knowledge articles, and educating customers on content guidelines and responsible messaging.
