Job Title: Senior Compliance Lead

Job Overview
  • This role is responsible for ensuring that access management controls are performed accurately and completely.
  • The incumbent will identify SOD-related risks, propose corrective actions, and document mitigating controls on new/existing valid Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts.
  • They will also support the remediation of Corporate Governance, Segregation of Duties, and Sarbanes-Oxley-related projects, as well as ongoing maintenance in all supported applications.
  • Key responsibilities include reviewing segregation of duties assessments, establishing tools and guidelines, and staying up to date on the latest risks and challenges in the SAP/Systems space.
  • Strong partnerships with compliance functions and collaboration with business partners are essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of IT access management controls and GAM refresher training activities.
  • Develop and lead training programs to support business reviewers, approvers, and process owners.
  • Collaborate with GRC, IT Teams, ISRM, Corporate Internal Audit, and GPO to ensure alignment and coordination of compliance initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to organization, technology, and process changes to ensure system roles remain appropriate over time.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to meet changing business conditions and provide current recommendations to leadership on risk posture.
