We are seeking a Growth Ambassador to join our team at Indicle Corporation, a rapidly growing healthcare technology and service company nationwide.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and showcasing our products and services through engaging presentations.
  • Your primary goal is to drive business growth by meeting and exceeding sales quotas, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process.
  • You will also be required to communicate effectively with customers and prospects, identify their needs, and help them understand the value of our cloud-based EHR and Billing Software.
  • In addition, you will need to maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system and ensure that all account information is up-to-date.
Responsibilities
  • Pursue and qualify new sales leads, utilizing strong communication skills to build relationships with prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our products and services.
  • Create engaging presentations that highlight the value of our cloud-based EHR and Billing Software.
  • Identify client needs and help quantify potential value through Vericle software implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date account information.
  • Communicate customer and prospect pain points to relevant departments, facilitating smooth handoffs to operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed sales quotas, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Hubspot CRM, with a working knowledge of Sandler Sales Training.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation.
  • Quiet workspace or home office setup required for remote work.

Necessary Skills and Tools
  1. Fluent English language skills.
  2. Proficient in Google Docs and Hubspot CRM.
  3. Working knowledge of Sandler Sales Training.
  4. Ability to work on Eastern Time Zone/US shift.
  5. Reliable internet access at home.
  6. Mobile hotspot for remote work.
  7. Laptop/desktop with at least 8 GB of RAM.
