    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues ensuring that customers feel valued and respected throughout the complaint resolution process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
