A senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer is required to develop and lead the company's AI systems across various departments. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning, as well as strong experience building production applications powered by LLMs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting the company's AI-first future, owning the entire AI strategy across the ClinicOS platform, and transforming how millions access healthcare through intelligent automation.

  • Build a model-agnostic AI platform that lets us switch between OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models seamlessly.
  • Set up robust A/B testing to optimize performance and costs.
  • Create intelligent routing that matches tasks to the right models.

The ideal candidate will work directly with the Head of Engineering and the CEO to build AI systems that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong programming skills using Typescript and/or Python.
  • Experience leading engineering team members.
  • Experience designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs.
  • Comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
