Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation: Develop project charters, scope statements, and project plans.">
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.">
  • Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.">
  • Monitoring and Control: Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action as needed.">
  • Closure: Ensure all project deliverables are completed, and the project is formally closed.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.">
  • 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a leadership role.">
  • PMP certification or equivalent.">
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.">
  • Additional certifications such as Agile or Scrum Master.">
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational structure.">
