Job Overview

The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics hub, ensuring seamless and efficient functioning.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead team briefings and conduct weekly staff meetings to assess team performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams.

We require a strong leader who can drive business growth through operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
