Job Responsibilities
  • Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements
  • Filing security documents with relevant authorities
  • Maintaining detailed records of all filings and correspondence
  • Verifying documentation, including client-provided materials, ensuring completeness and accuracy for the lien filing process
  • Communicating with external parties to ensure proper filing
  • Assisting in resolving discrepancies or issues related to lien filing
  • Supporting other departments with document requests and record-keeping
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in processes and best practices
Requirements
  • Experience in financial services or related industries, preferably mortgage-related
  • At least 2 years of experience handling US loan or mortgage tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with liens and closing documents is beneficial
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written communication
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience using customer communication and task management programs, Google Drive, and Email
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
  • Flexibility to work within the US Pacific time zone
