Billing and Revenue Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our end-to-end billing function as a Billing and Revenue Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Proven experience in processing and issuing accurate invoices in line with company policies and client agreements
- Strong ability to reconcile billing data and ensure timely payment processing
- Experience supporting multi-region billing operations (e.g., international markets)
- Skilled in managing customer accounts and agreements, including setup, updates, and terminations using billing systems
- Capable of generating monthly and ad hoc invoices, credit notes, and handling billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining contracts for products, services, and solutions
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer service teams
- Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
- Strong analytical skills for generating and reviewing billing reports to detect errors or trends
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience in international billing operations
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
