Offshore Analytics Lead

Are you an experienced analytical leader looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead, mentor, and grow our offshore analytical team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management
  • Lead and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Analytics Delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Recruit, Train & Collaborate
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required. 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role is also required.
