Web Content Specialist Job Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a skilled Web Content Specialist to join our team. If you have strong experience in building and managing web pages, meticulous QA skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and process matter—this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Turn wireframes and briefs into fully functioning web pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives
  • Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage web pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
