Minimum Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent


• Must be willing to work in Bacolod City

Job Description:

As an IT Specialist, you must be available to offer the necessary support to employees

& clients. It can be both internal and external assistance. Must promote digital security

and ensure systems are running effectively and efficiently to the organization's needs.

Specifically, you are expected to perform the following tasks:


• Staying abreast with the latest developments, components and other necessary

aspects of the tools that the company and clients use.


• Installing and configuring hardware, software systems, and networks


• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks


• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests


• Setting up tools and accounts for new employees


• Repairing or replacing equipment as necessary


• Performing research and analysis for process improvement


• Assisting in regular IT/computer maintenance activities


• Helping in maintaining the security of the company's computer system from threats

and vulnerabilities


• Overseeing the maintenance, backing up, and securing databases
