Product Innovation Specialist

We're seeking a creative and self-motivated entrepreneur to join our innovative team. Our mission is to create new solutions to the internet's problems by building on our existing foundations in the WordPress space.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in an ever-changing environment, where each day presents new challenges and opportunities to grow. You'll work closely with customers and competitors to understand their needs, ideate on how to solve these problems, and collaborate with talented UI/UX designers to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members.
  • Collaborate with Development and UI/UX teams to create product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Conduct customer interviews to identify needs and market trends.
  • Define detailed product requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve products.
  • Coordinate product launch activities, including marketing strategies and training for sales teams.
  • Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
