About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing project logistics, ensuring timely completion, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with trade partners to manage schedules, budgets, and project records.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, including W-9s, Certificates of Insurance, and invoices.
  • Developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in the preparation of scopes of work, distributing them to trade partners for contract execution.
  • Generating Gantt charts and detailed schedules to ensure proper project planning and milestone completion.
  • Collaborating with architects, designers, and suppliers to coordinate project specifications and procure materials efficiently.
  • Documenting and managing orders, work orders, and purchase orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational and project management skills are essential for success in this role. Prior experience in construction project management or related fields is preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication and note-taking skills, be able to coordinate tasks across multiple teams, and demonstrate reliability, proactivity, and high collaboration.
