**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide high-quality support to a high-level executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Ensure effective communication between the executive and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders.
- Receives all telephone calls for the executive, while observing telephone courtesy standards.
**Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative services.
- Graduate of any course from a reputable school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
