**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide high-quality support to a high-level executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure effective communication between the executive and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Receives all telephone calls for the executive, while observing telephone courtesy standards.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in administrative services.
  • Graduate of any course from a reputable school.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
