Key Responsibilities:

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Create marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, and client presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update internal platforms like company intranets.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Support the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using project management tools.
  • Utilize project management software to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Provide additional administrative and marketing support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills are essential.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator is highly valued.
  • Proficient graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
