Marketing Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our marketing strategy, execute creative ideas, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost engagement, grow audiences, and increase brand visibility.
  • Build and manage marketing calendars across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal promotions.
  • Run paid campaigns efficiently, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing advertising efforts to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform marketing content and operational performance.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with 2+ years of experience running marketing for multiple brands (agency or in-house), ideally in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms and ability to leverage their features to drive business results.
  • Fluent in marketing strategy, audience growth, and engagement tactics, with a deep understanding of how marketing drives business performance.
