About the Role

Sophos, a global leader in advanced security solutions, offers an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Engineer to proactively support customers through online platforms and create valuable self-service content.

As a Sophos Ambassador, you will convey the company's values and personality through our online communications, including timely responses to posts and comments.

This role requires strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT security concepts, excellent communication skills, and experience with various social media platforms.

  • Act as a Sophos Ambassador to build and develop the Sophos Community and provide an excellent online customer support experience
  • Deflect support cases by resolving customer queries on online platforms
  • Monitor and expedite the escalation of user issues reported online
  • Amply urgent Sophos Support product advisories and latest version releases through social media
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
