Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting project-level creative design operations and collaborating with suppliers to manage daily design delivery processes.

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between stakeholders, the design team, and external agencies, ensuring transparency across teams and effective workflow coordination.

Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts with external suppliers, forecasting key account metrics, facilitating team meetings, preliminary screening of creative design requests, assigning roles and tasks to team members, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and guidelines.

A bachelor's degree and relevant work experience in project management or a related field are required for success in this role.

Desirable skills include proficiency in Excel, knowledge of the design process, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
