Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Creative Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the production process, managing client schedules, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creatives to ensure smooth project execution, manage client expectations, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and identify potential roadblocks to prevent delays.
  • Suggest improvements and recommendations to enhance quality standards and meet client satisfaction.
  • Analyze sentiment analysis and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to ensure design quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • IDentify Design Time for all requests and coordinate with Team Coordinators and Production Specialists.
  • Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and facilitate team updates as needed.
Ideal Profile
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative development process to fulfill briefs effectively.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex tasks.
  • Proficient in project and relationship management to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with collaboration across teams.
  • Practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and other design tools.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize and comprehend project requirements even when not well-defined.
  • Experience with project management platforms.
  • Daily client interaction via Slack and email, with multiple virtual meetings weekly.
  • Business-level English and ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for high-quality work.
  • Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Experience with ticket management tools.
