Strategic Creative Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Creative Operations Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, primarily focused on video content.

This role involves managing timelines, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring seamless collaboration across our creative department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a natural ability to lead teams, and expertise in project management tools like ClickUp.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative teams, strategists, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate open communication and collaboration within the creative team.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Organize and assign tasks, tracking progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Report directly to senior leadership on project status and team performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3+ years of experience managing creative teams, preferably in marketing or eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, with knowledge of other project management tools like Asana and Notion beneficial.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate project requirements clearly.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working with remote teams and understanding their unique dynamics.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
