Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Licensing Specialist.

  • This position is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of licensing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in creating reports, optimizing processes, and have experience with invoice processing and customer management.

The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to create, evaluate, and optimize license quotes from Atlassian and NetSuite. They will also be responsible for administering and communicating program details for software license agreements, providing technical licensing support for all customers, and partnering with peers/program manager to ensure consistent use of best practices.

This role requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software licensing, with a strong understanding of revenue management and customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Atlassian licensing lifecycle processes.
