Job Summary:

The Client Success Specialist, Enterprise Accounts will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all enterprise-level accounts. This role involves working closely with the Enterprise Client Success Manager to ensure that our full portfolio of clients receives consistent and high-quality attention.

About the Role:

This is a client-facing position that requires strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage daily communications with clients, responding promptly to their requests, questions, and needs.

  • Participate in client-facing meetings with the Enterprise Client Success Manager.
  • Review and monitor account performance metrics, ensuring smooth management of the day-to-day client experience.
  • Provide proactive account support across multiple enterprise clients, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management platforms to manage client interactions and track updates.
  • Capture client feedback and communicate requests to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to consistently work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is a plus.
