Healthcare professionals are in high demand across the U.S. We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to source and recruit top talent for contract and permanent roles.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified healthcare professionals using own sourcing resources and tools.
  • Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
  • Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Must have access to own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Must have own VOIP US phone number/line.
