We are seeking a diligent and proactive Payment Operations Specialist to ensure seamless payment processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Method Onboarding: Process payment method applications, conduct initial screening, and submit documentation for approval.
  • Client Coordination: Communicate with clients regarding application status, rejections, and reapplications to facilitate smooth onboarding.
  • Transaction Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation to verify accurate transaction recording and alignment with partner reports.
  • Issue Resolution & Adhoc Tasks: Support daily payment operations by investigating and resolving issues such as missing payments, failed payouts, and discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within payment operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Prior experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
