Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Specialist to manage our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

This dual-role position involves processing and managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining healthy financial relationships with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial transaction roles, be proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements:
