Job Requirements

We are seeking a professional to process payments across the region in a timely manner by strictly following payment calendars.

The ideal candidate will complete payment batches with 100% accuracy, monitor banking systems, and validate the status of each payment batch.

Responsibilities include communicating or escalating pending authorization in the banking platform to ensure all payments are released as per country-specific bank cut-off.

The professional will adhere to our Intercompany netting calendar and coordinate the final netting position with our Record to Report team.

Additional responsibilities include supporting non-standard payment runs with business reasons and necessary approvals.

The candidate will assist in resolving discrepancies or problems that prohibit timely processing of payments in the system.

Key responsibilities also include responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding payment status.

Working closely with our R2R team ensures no AP transactions are outstanding in bank reconciliation and cash management.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in business or finance is required, along with minimum two years of experience in accounting/finance – specifically in payments (experience in an SSC environment is an advantage).

General knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and intermediate excel skills are essential.

Familiarity with oracle e-business suite is a nice to have.
