Job Description

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to support healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where AI can create efficiencies and improve outcomes.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models tailored to healthcare applications.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of AI systems across various healthcare processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members in the AI domain.
  • Monitor and evaluate advancements in AI technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards for data privacy and security.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead & Senior AI Specialist should have:

  • A strong educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying AI or machine learning models.
  • Expertise in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
  • A deep understanding of data processing, analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or a related industry is advantageous.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • An enthusiasm for solving complex challenges through innovative AI solutions.
